Alloy 625 Rectangular Expansion Joint for the BM-C-33 FPSO Project in Brazil

We have successfully completed the design, manufacturing, and delivery of a High-Tech Rectangular Expansion Joint for the BM-C-33 FPSO project in Brazil.

This project is being developed by Equinor, in partnership with Repsol Sinopec Brasil and Petrobras.

The Expansion Joint supplied by MACOGA is part of a state-of-the-art package, which includes LM2500 gas turbine generators and steam turbine generator technology. These systems form a combined cycle power generation solution that will be installed on the BM-C-33 FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading unit). The goal: to significantly reduce the project’s carbon footprint by improving energy efficiency.
