Customer Recognition - Emergency Delivery for a UK Waste-to-Energy Plant

At MACOGA, the greatest recognition we can receive comes directly from our customers. We are proud to share the feedback received from a client, following the successful manufacture and expedited delivery of a DN1800 Pressure Balanced In-Line Expansion Joint for an Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facility in the United Kingdom.

The project was particularly challenging because the power plant had been forced to shut down following the failure of the existing expansion joint. Due to the critical nature of the outage, the customer requested that MACOGA fast-track both the quotation and a premium manufacturing and delivery service to minimize downtime and return the plant to operation as quickly as possible.

Thanks to the close collaboration between our engineering, production, quality, purchasing and logistics teams, MACOGA successfully manufactured and delivered the replacement expansion joint within the required emergency schedule.
