Delivery largest order ever made for Saudi Arabia
MACOGA has successfully completed the design, manufacturing, testing and shipping of the largest order ever made for Saudi Arabia
.A number of 50 units Lateral MWL DN2200, 50 units Hinged MWP DN 2200 and 10 units Turbine to Condenser Universal DN2800 have been delivered to the Saudi Electricity Company 2,600 MW power generation plant PP10.
The Power plant, built on an area of 5 million square meters outside the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, is a Greenfield project that will initially install 36 GTG simple cycle base loaded gas turbines on treated crude oil for future conversion to combined cycle blocks with the addition of unfired HRSGs and steam turbine gensets. Once completed, the new PP10 project will increase Riyadh’s installed capacity by about 20% to meet projected energy.
