Expansion Joints for Thameside Waste to Energy Project in the UK

We are pleased to announce the successful completion and shipment of a set of Metallic Expansion Joints supplied for the Thameside Waste-to-Energy (WTE) project in the UK.

This delivery includes a complete package of high-performance expansion joints designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered under strict quality standards and project specifications.

Scope of Supply – Key Figures

• In-line Pressure Balanced Expansion Joint (MPB-I): Nominal diameter: DN3550 mm
• Lateral Expansion Joints (MWL): Nominal diameter: DN 2400 mm.
• Hinged Expansion Joints (MWP): Nominal diameter: DN 2400 mm 

All units have been manufactured in accordance with EJMA standards, incorporating stainless steel bellows (SA240 TP321) and carbon steel structural components, ensuring high reliability under operating conditions of approximately 120°C and 0.49 barg.
