On this occasion, we have successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of six Hinged FCC Expansion Joints for a leading refinery in South America. These state-of-the-art units have been carefully engineered and crafted to adhere to the highest industry standards and meet the unique demands of our client, guaranteeing outstanding performance even in the most demanding environments.
Main Features of the FCC Expansion Joints supplied:
Hinged FCC DN 2250 mm
- Bellows Material: SB443 N06625 Gr.1 LCF.
- 2-ply bellows with ply testable system
- Pipe Specification: SA516 Gr.70 fully RT.
- Refractory Linning RESCO RS 17 EC
- V-anchor H30 - grade 304H annealed
- Thermal Insulation ensuring the bellows operate at a maximum temperature of 538°C.
- Design Pressure: 1.79 barg
- Test pressure: 2.75 barg (final unit with refractory installed is pneumatically tested at 2.75 Kg/cm²).
- Bellows design temp.: +538 °C
- Pipe design temp.: +343 °C
- M.D.M.T.: -29 °C
