We are proud to announce the successful design, manufacture, testing, and delivery of a for an FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) Unit at a major refinery in the Middle East. 

This metallic expansion joint was designed and manufactured in full compliance with UOP specifications to withstand the demanding operating conditions of FCC service, including high temperatures, severe cyclic loading, and complex movements. The unit incorporates dual-ply Incoloy® 825 bellows, an A387 Grade 11 Class 2 intermediate pipe, and an internal refractory lining based on AISI 410S hexagonal mesh with Resco AA225 refractory, ensuring excellent thermal protection, durability, and long-term reliability under the harshest refinery conditions.
