FCC Refractory-Lined Expansion Joint for major Scandinavian Refinery

We have successfully completed the engineering, fabrication, testing, and shipment of a refractory-lined FCC expansion joint for one of the most important refineries in Scandinavia.

Key Features of the Expansion Joint supplied:

A Single Hinged Expansion Joint for flue gas, with a size of 1650 mm. Multiply bellows in Alloy 625 and reinforced purging systems, a leak detection system, and an enhanced monitoring system. The Expansion Joint incorporates high-grade internal refractory insulation lining. It is engineered for a medium temperature of +760 °C, with a bellows design temperature of +538 °C.
