High-Performance Expansion Joints for LNG Terminal in Europe
MACOGA has successfully designed and delivered high-performance metal expansion joints for the Boil-Off Gas (BOG) Compression System installed at an LNG terminal in Europe. This critical infrastructure upgrade enables efficient recompression and injection of BOG into the high-pressure grid, enhancing operational safety and reducing emissions.

- Design Codes: EJMA and ASME Code & PED
- Bellows: 2 ply testable multi-ply SA-443 N06625 Gr.1
- Nominal Diameters: DN200 and DN250
- Design Pressures: up to 60 barg
- Test Pressures: up to 90 barg
The expansion joints have been subjected to a comprehensive and rigorous testing program to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance required for this demanding application.
