High-Pressure U-Stamp Expansion Joint for KBR-licensed fertilizer plant in Egypt
We have successfully completed the design and fabrication of a High-Performance Expansion Joint for a fertilizer plant licensed by KBR, following a dedicated audit by the licensor. This unit is specifically engineered to operate under extreme service conditions and was manufactured in full compliance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, bearing the U Stamp certification.

The assembly, incorporating a robust tie rod system and shipping rods for pre-compression, was fully hydrotested at MACOGA's facilities. A comprehensive documentation package was provided to the client, including radiographic testing, liquid penetrant inspection, PMI, dimensional checks, and complete material traceability.
