High-Tech Expansion Joints for Styrene Plant in South America
We have successfully designed, fabricated and delivered a set of High-Tech Engineered Expansion Joints for a Styrene Plant in South America.
This project represents a significant milestone in our continued support to the petrochemical sector, delivering advanced solutions designed to operate under extreme temperature conditions and demanding service environments.
The supplied equipment has been specifically engineered in accordance with latest EJMA standards and stringent project specifications, ensuring maximum reliability, safety, and long-term performance.
Designed for temperatures up to +816°C, these expansion joints are manufactured using high-performance materials to ensure reliability under extreme conditions. The bellows are made from high-temperature alloy SB-409 UNS N08810 (Incoloy 800H), while pipes and main components are fabricated from austenitic stainless steels including 304H. Internal components incorporate heat-resistant alloys such as 310S and 309 stainless steels, complemented by ceramic fiber insulation packages.
Our capability to design and manufacture solutions for extreme conditions such as styrene production units ensures optimal plant performance, safety, and durability.
