This time our customer, one of the world’s integrated oil and gas processing companies, placed an order with us for the design and manufacture of a unique MWL Series Universal Tied Expansion Joint unit with an outstanding design and strict quality control requirements. It is an Expansion Joint with the following main features:

- Double Bellows DN 800 in Alloy 625 Gr.1 (2.4856) with leak detection system
- Pipeline parts DN 750/800 in contact with the medium in A/SA 387 Gr.12 Cl. 2
- All the accessories in A/SA 182 Gr. F11 or A/SA 335 Gr. P11 or A/SA 234 WP Gr.11 Cl.2
- Design temperature + 427 / -20 °C
- Design Pressure 11 barg / FV
- Test Pressure 20 barg
- Medium Cracked Gas
- Lateral movement 142 mm
