High Temperature Expansion Joints for US Oil Company
A U.S. Oil Company awarded us an order to develop a new and improved design of fabric + rubber Expansion Joints specially designed to operate at high temperatures.
The project was a success and we manufactured and supplied the Expansion Joints that will be installed on a platform in Gulf of Mexico.
Design and operating parameters:
- Series Fabric + Elastomer
- Size 2045 x 1413 (80,5"x 55,63)
- Body Multiple layers of fabrics and elastomers + Insulation bolster
- Frame/Hardware SS 309
- Design Temperature 593/20 °C / 1100 °F
