Large Rectangular Expansion Joint for Europe’s most efficient Thermoelectric Power Plant

We have been awarded the contract for the design, manufacturing, testing and delivery for a very large size MRUD Series Rectangular Expansion Joint 8080 x 7100 mm diameter.

MRU Series are rectangular expansion joints with U-shaped convolutions and round corners.

The Expansion Joint, designed for Full Vacuum and 120 deg C will be installed at a new state of the art thermoelectric combined cycle power plant with a new turbine that will make possible the production of electricity using less natural gas. In this way, the output of the plant will be increased, reducing emissions into the atmosphere.
