MACOGA Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints for Baja California SUR IV plant, Mexico

MACOGA delivers an Elbow Pressure Balanced MPB-E Series Expansion Joint DN 1300 to the Mexican Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) for an internal combustion power plant, located some 14 km from the city of La Paz, in the state of Baja California Sur. The 42.3 MW Baja California Sur IV project, comprises an engine designed to use fuel oil, or diesel in an emergency situation. There is a residual heat harnessing system that increases plant performance. The plant is also equipped with a system that reduces nitrogen oxide emissions, as required by Mexican law in environmental terms.
