Reactor FCCU Expansion Joint for Qatar Petroleum
MACOGA has successfully designed,
manufactured and tested a FCCU Expansion Joint for Qatar Petroleum.
The Expansion Joint, DN1286 mm and 2180 mm long incorporates:
• Incoloy 825 bellows
• Refractory lining Resco AA22S as per UOP specifications
• Hexagonal Mesh 410S, as per UOP specifications
All pipes and rings are made of A387 Gr11 CL2 and have been PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treated) per ASME VIII UCS-56.
The Expansion Joint is designed for pressures of 0.35 barg and temperatures a temperature of 538 °C.
