MACOGA is the global leader in design and manufacturing of Expansion Joints for Power Generating Plants.

Natural gas plants, coal-fired plants, hydroelectric plants, solar facilities, geothermal, etc. require Expansion Joints that perform under technically challenging conditions.

This time we have designed, manufactured and tested a large number of MAC-FT Series Rubber high quality custom-made rubber expansion joints supplied with fixed steel backing flanges and tie rods system. The full-face flanges are integral with the body of the joint and drilled to conform the bolt pattern of the companion flanges of the pipeline.

Key features

Design codes:

  • Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC for the specified operating conditions.
  • FSA (Fluid Sealing Association) Non-Metallic Expansion Joints Division.
  • ASTM F1123 - 87(2010) Standard Specification for Non-Metallic Expansion Joints.
