Successful delivery of Rubber Expansion Joints for the AMIRAL Project in Saudi Arabia

MACOGA continues to support the AMIRAL petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia, a large-scale development promoted by TotalEnergies and Saudi Aramco and integrated with the existing SATORP refinery.

For this project, we have successfully finalized another production lot, completing both manufacturing and full testing at our facilities in Spain.

The supply includes MAC-FT series rubber expansion joints in sizes ranging from DN 250 to DN 1100 mm, manufactured using reinforced EPDM and reinforced NBR compounds. These expansion joints are engineered to operate under high-pressure conditions and demanding service environments, particularly within the plant’s utilities and interconnecting systems.

Each unit has been manufactured, inspected and tested under strict quality control procedures, ensuring full compliance with the project specifications and guaranteeing long-term reliability and performance in operation.
