Successful On-Site Support for FCC Expansion Joint Installation in Europe

We have successfully completed the technical supervision and assistance during the installation of three large-scale expansion joints for the FCC unit at a major European refinery:

Regenerated Catalyst Standpipe Expansion Joint – DN1400 (56”)

Spent Catalyst Standpipe Expansion Joint – DN1200 (48”)

Flue Gas Line Expansion Joint (before 3rd stage separator) – DN1500 (60”)

These expansion joints were custom-engineered and manufactured at MACOGA’s facilities using the latest design and production technologies. Our FCC expansion joints are specifically developed to withstand the extreme conditions of catalytic cracking processes and internal refractory linings, alloy 625 sealed bellows, and robust tie rod and hinge systems, ensuring durability, reliability, and operational safety.
