Viton MAC-W Expansion Joints for Luxury Cruise Ship

On this occasion we have designed and manufactured a large quantity of Standard Molded MAC-W Series with Viton body and AISI 304L (1.4307) stainless steel connection flanges for a Luxury Cruise Ship built by of the largest and most modern shipyards in the world.

The ship has a length of 335.33 metres (1,100 ft), a width of 39.7 metres (130 ft ), a size of 150.695 GT, and a top speed of over 23 knots (43 km/h; 26 mph).

Expansion joints are vital components in most ships, from navy warships, cruisers, ferries to luxury yachts and in many marine applications including but not limited to ballast systems, fuel lines, LNG & LPG lines, circulating engine water, pumps, main propulsion engines, scrubbers, exhaust gas system, etc.
