FCCU Expansion Joints for South American Refinery
A Single Hinged FCCU Expansion Joints has been designed, manufactured, tested and delivered for a large refinery in South America.
The Expansion Joint, as per KBR specifications, incorporates 2 ply testable & packed Bellows in Alloy Inconel 625 LCF ASTM B443, internal and external insulation and sealing anchors and sealing rope.
Medium: Catalyst
Medium temperature: 760 °C
Bellows temperature: 400 °C
Design Pressure: 4.85 bar (g)
Test Pressure: 6.6 bar (g)
This unit incorporates RESCOBOND AA-22S, a chemically bonded, erosion resistant, single component refractory material.
