One of the worlds leading international oil and gas Companies awarded MACOGA with the contract for the design, manufacturing, testing and delivery of 2 units In-Line Universal Pressure Balanced FCCU Expansion Joints. Expansion joints used in FCCU service are some of the most critical and complex types of expansion joints manufactured. These expansion joints are exposed to high temperatures, high pressures, large movement conditions, and aggressive media. The Expansion Joints incorporate multi-ply bellows with redundant ply design to monitoring for early warning of failure, resistant lining comprised of hex-mesh and castable material, high density refractory material, etc. Pictures of these units will be soon published.
